Job title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and creating new B2B opportunities through outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email channels. Expactations: - Deliver consistent lead generation to exceed monthly quotas. - Maintain accurate pipeline records. - Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calling and multichannel outreach to identify and qualify prospects. - Execute research on target accounts and industry trends. - Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, positioning solutions to address their needs. - Manage and update CRM and sales tools with accurate information. - Communicate progress and insights to team leaders and adjust tactics based on feedback. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of outbound cold‑calling experience. - Proficiency in multichannel prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email). - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude with proactive problem‑solving. - Ability to work independently and in collaborative hybrid settings. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools (preferred).
