Job title: Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary:
Serve as the primary administrator for multiple Salesforce environments within a SaaS platform, owning day‑to‑day configuration, user management, data integrity, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to drive enhancements, migrations, and integration of new features aligned with business objectives.
Expectations:
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration, with strong Service Cloud experience.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and able to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communicator with clear documentation skills.
• Commitment to staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings across environments.
2. Design, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, workflow rules, approval processes, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
3. Perform data hygiene activities—deduplication, archiving, and audit compliance.
4. Support application migrations, integrations, and app deployment (AppExchange).
5. Partner with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and create documentation.
6. Monitor system performance, uptime, and conduct capacity reviews.
7. Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and releases for adoption.
8. Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams on integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Required Skills:
• Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and optimization.
• Case management, omni‑channel routing, entitlement setup, and escalation rules.
• Email‑to‑Case, Web‑to‑Case, and live chat (Live Agent) administration.
• Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, Einstein Case Classification, and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Lightning Experience, Flow, Process Builder, and basic Apex concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM‑201) – Mandatory.
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant – Mandatory.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – Optional but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
