**Job Title** Client Support Executive **Role Summary** Provide frontline client support and administrative assistance at a multinational law firm. Manage reception operations, booking and logistics for meetings and events, and general ad‑hoc tasks via email, phone, and service desk application. **Expectations** - Deliver consistently 5 star customer service. - Demonstrate passion, hard work, ambition, and punctuality. - Maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet visitors and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming environment. - Create and manage bookings using Condeco. - Coordinate with catering and facility teams for meeting and event needs. - Maintain parking system, prepare name badges, and manage meeting rooms throughout the day. - Respond to email, phone inquiries, and service desk tickets promptly. - Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks and daily office requests. **Required Skills** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with office software (email, scheduling tools, basic spreadsheet skills). - Polite phone etiquette and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a secondary school qualification (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent). - No specific degree or certification required. - Prior experience or training in hospitality, administration, or client service is advantageous.
