Job Description
Job Title: Mid-Market Account Manager Role Summary Manage a portfolio of mid‑size clients (EUR 10‑15 k) using an AI‑powered Revenue Intelligence platform. Drive onboarding, adoption, customer success, retention, upsell, and process automation while collaborating closely with the Scaled Account Manager. Expectations - 2+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales. - Proven influence with C‑level stakeholders. - Bilingual in English and French. - Highly organized, autonomous, and solution‑oriented. - Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (bonus). Key Responsibilities 1. Design and execute tailored onboarding and implementation plans. 2. Build trust‑based relationships; act as a strategic advisor at C‑level. 3. Identify upsell opportunities; lead contract renewals with the account executive. 4. Serve as customer advocate, raising insights to product and engineering teams. 5. Champion AI capabilities, educating clients on platform value. 6. Industrialize and automate processes to increase efficiency and scalability. 7. Coordinate with the Scaled Account Manager to align strategy and share best practices.
