As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of mid-sized clients (typically EUR10-15k). Your mission is to help them fully leverage AI, achieve their goals, and make Modjo an essential partner in their growth strategy. You'll also focus on industrialising and automating processes as much as possible, while working hand-in-hand with the Scaled Account Manager to ensure alignment across client segments.
What you'll do:
Onboarding & Adoption: Design tailored implementation plans and showcase the immediate value of Modjo's AI
Customer Success: Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, especially at the C-level, and act as a strategic advisor
Retention & Growth: Spot upsell opportunities, lead contract renewals in close collaboration with the Account Executive Farmer of existing clients, and maximize portfolio value
Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer internally, driving improvements and fostering client advocacy
AI Expertise: Position yourself as an AI ambassador, helping clients fully harness the power of Modjo's intelligent solutions
Process & Efficiency: Industrialise and automate processes and routines as much as possible to drive efficiency and scalability
Collaboration: Work closely with the Scaled Account Manager to align on strategy, share best practices, and ensure a seamless customer experience across client segments
What we're looking for:
2+ years' experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Executive
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders
Highly organised and structured, with the ability to manage daily inbound requests efficiently
Bilingual proficiency in English and French to support international clients
Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and autonomy
Bonus: SaaS, CRM, or Customer Success platform experience with a track record of exceeding targets
