Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive – Key Accounts Role Summary: Drive growth by prospecting, presenting, and closing new strategic accounts within the construction and real‑estate sector. Build customized proposals integrating technical, logistical, and CSR considerations, and hand off winning deals to Customer Success for ongoing development and retention. Expectations: - Secure multi‑year contractual agreements with high‑value clients. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets derived from new account acquisition. - Maintain a robust pipeline of strategic prospects and track progress through a full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and win new large accounts, including mid‑market SMEs, national chains, and industry leaders. - Lead complex, long‑cycle sales from first contact to contract signing, including test‑case implementation. - Craft tailored proposals addressing clients’ technical, logistical, and sustainability needs. - Respond to RFPs and negotiate terms with procurement, operations, and CSR stakeholders. - Conduct on‑site visits to assess client requirements and foster relationships. - Collaborate with Customer Success, logistics, and IT to guarantee seamless service delivery. - Contribute to the key‑account strategy: market intelligence, segmentation, co‑creation of offers, pricing, and commercial process improvement. Required Skills: - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or account executive roles for mid/large accounts. - Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close high‑value deals. - Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship‑building skills. - Knowledge of construction, real‑estate, or construction‑waste management is a significant advantage. - Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred). - Results‑driven, adaptable, and effective in cross‑functional environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Sales or negotiation certifications are a plus.
