Expactations: - Partner with the Talent team to design, execute, and refine scalable hiring processes. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for all functional areas using LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant job boards. - Manage interview calendars for senior stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and coordinated schedules. - Drive an exceptional candidate experience at every stage to strengthen employer brand. - Administer Lever ATS, maintain accurate recruitment data, automate workflows, and generate hiring metrics for leadership. - Prepare training material and support onboarding to integrate new hires effectively. - Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality of candidate information. Key Responsibilities: - Execute full‑cycle recruitment for 5‑vertical categories. - Post job ads, schedule interviews, and update candidate status in ATS. - Produce weekly and monthly hiring dashboards. - Collaborate with hiring managers on job requisitions and interview frameworks. - Coordinate logistical arrangements for interviews and new‑hire orientation. - Monitor compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
