Job Description: **Job Title** Business Analyst – Mastery **Role Summary** Support a special initiative in Wealth Management Technology by translating business needs into technical and data-driven solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and data engineers to design and deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes within an Agile environment. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, actionable requirements and documentation. - Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain alignment between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify process improvements and continuously refine solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements. - Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding. - Collaborate with developers, architects, and data engineers on solution design and delivery. - Conduct data analysis to validate assumptions, support decisions, and uncover improvement opportunities. - Produce and maintain documentation: requirements, process flows, specifications, test materials. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and promoting best practices. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical skills; experience with data analysis, SQL, or data visualization tools. - Proficient in Agile delivery practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement and documentation. - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt to evolving needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on technology and data initiatives. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, APIs, data integration, or cloud platforms is a plus.
