**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Coordinator (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and implement corporate cybersecurity standards and processes for a globally distributed team. Serve as the primary liaison between corporate security, IT operations, and production units, ensuring timely deployment of security solutions and contributing to the development of access‑security strategy for internally developed applications.
**Expectations:**
- Flexible office hours to cover US, EU, and APAC time zones (no remote work).
- Limited travel (~5% of time) to Europe, United States, Asia, and Brazil.
- Strong organizational ability, high sense of responsibility, and proven influence with senior management.
- Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional security projects and promote best‑practice adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement corporate‑defined security norms, processes, and compliance reporting.
- Perform technical assessments of logical and physical security controls and evaluate business processes, systems, and components for risk posture.
- Identify, advise on, and mitigate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities across regional sites and portfolio owners.
- Analyze and advise on proactive prevention and incident‑response processes to protect information, personnel, networks, and operations.
- Act as the central point of contact between corporate security teams, IT operations, and production units to maintain global security processes and anticipate needs.
- Develop collaborative relationships, provide technical expertise, deliver training, and coordinate security awareness programs.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with extensive exposure to international security programs.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills for interaction with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to interpret complex security issues.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher), written and spoken.
- Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Bac+5).
- Current, accredited cybersecurity certification relevant to the role (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc.).
