**Job Title:** Finance Assistant (6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive support to the finance team of a transportation and logistics organization, assisting with month‑end close, management reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting activities. Job Description
**Job Title** FP&A Analyst (6‑Month FTC) **Role Summary** Provide financial planning and analysis support to a multinational infrastructure group. Deliver budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting, and build financial models to guide senior stakeholders in a complex, international environment. **Expectations** - Produce accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting within tight deadlines. - Maintain high data integrity and clear commentary for senior management. - Collaborate across operational, commercial and finance teams to enhance forecast accuracy and FP&A processes. - Demonstrate strong analytical judgment and effective communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans. - Conduct variance analysis against budget/forecast and explain performance drivers. - Assemble management reporting packs with concise, insightful commentary. - Partner with operational and commercial teams to refine forecasting assumptions. - Support month‑end close, ensuring actuals are reflected in reporting and models. - Build and maintain dynamic financial models for planning, forecasting and scenario analysis. - Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools. - Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support to senior finance and management teams as needed. **Required Skills** - Full qualification as accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). - Audit or financial reporting experience preferred. - Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. - Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with large ERP data sets. - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders across the business. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
