Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Account Manager, Motorsport **Role Summary:** Lead the planning, execution, and performance analysis of premium motorsport events and hospitality programmes for a global client, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivery of high‑value VIP experiences at Formula One Grand Prix events and off‑track activations. **Expactations:** - Act as the principal client liaison, steering communication, strategy, and deliverables. - Deliver on‑time, on‑budget event execution with measurable impact on guest satisfaction and brand activation. - Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full‑cycle event lifecycles: concept, design, production, budget, and post‑event reporting. - Coordinate global VIP hospitality programmes, including travel, accommodation, access, and security for high‑profile guests. - Oversee production of hospitality suites and activations, ensuring design fidelity and budget compliance. - Liaise with suppliers, rightsholders, and race promoters to secure premium services and deliver seamless guest experiences. - Lead and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks and resolving conflicts. - Maintain project schedules, perform risk assessments, and implement proactive solutions. - Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to clients and senior management. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in account, event, production, and hospitality management within sports marketing or Formula One. - Strong project management, multitasking, and pressure‑management capabilities. - Advanced budget oversight, negotiation, and financial reconciliation skills (including Excel). - Expertise in global logistics, shipment planning, transport, and travel coordination. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (PowerPoint). - Customer‑centric communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. - Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or event production preferred.
