**Job Title:** Oracle Integration/Design Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL) across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable services and support the full software lifecycle.
**Expactations:**
- 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion Middleware experience.
- Ability to lead integration projects and mentor junior staff.
- Strong communication with cross‑functional teams and adherence to best‑practice standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement integration flows (SOAP/REST, XSLT/XQuery, mediators, adapters).
- Configure and manage OSB routing, SOA composites, and BPEL processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware performance.
- Produce technical specifications, solution diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Conduct code reviews and provide SIT/UAT support and production issue resolution.
- Maintain version control (Git/SVN) and support CI/CD pipelines.
**Required Skills:**
- Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL, Fusion Middleware.
- Web services development (SOAP, REST), XML technologies (XSLT, XSD, WSDL).
- JDeveloper, Oracle Enterprise Manager, WebLogic Server administration.
- Middleware security, error handling, and fault policies.
- Integration with Oracle ERP/Fusion/EBS, CRM, and third‑party systems.
- Java, PL/SQL, scripting for automation.
- Messaging/event‑driven platforms (JMS, AQ, Kafka).
- Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD concepts.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion Middleware or SOA Suite certification (preferred).
