Job Title: Lead Partner Manager
Role Summary: Lead Partner Manager drives strategic growth with key channel partners for an e‑commerce platform. Balances portfolio management, partner program development, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate adoption, co‑marketing, and long‑term value. Provides senior leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Partner Management team.
Expactations:
- 5+ years in partner, account, or business development in SaaS, tech, or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts and negotiating high‑impact agreements.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using performance metrics.
- Advanced negotiation skills and capability to influence without formal authority.
- Fluent in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior reference and coach for Partner Managers on negotiation, account strategy, prioritization, and problem resolution.
- Manage a portfolio of major partners, creating joint business plans focused on adoption, co‑marketing, and long‑term value.
- Lead quarterly reviews, roadmap discussions, and performance analyses.
- Act as trusted senior advisor and single point of contact for key accounts.
- Lead renewal, renegotiation, and complex partnership agreements, structuring win‑win outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Marketing to align integration, activation plans, and success KPIs.
- Translate partner insights into actionable business influence across the organization.
- Analyze partner performance, identify risks/opportunities, develop remediation plans, and maintain dashboards/reporting.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in partnership management, business development, or SaaS sales preferred.
