Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Ecommerce Product Manager / Transformation Consultant **Role Summary** Lead strategic ecommerce product vision, road‑mapping, and platform architecture for large enterprise customers. Drive cross‑functional alignment across business, marketing, IT, UX, and engineering, delivering measurable improvements in conversion, AOV, LTV, and margin. **Expectations** - 10‑15+ years in ecommerce product management or commerce consulting - Proven record of advising/leading enterprise ecommerce transformations - Hands‑on expertise with at least one major commerce platform (Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce) - Experience with re‑platforming, modernization, or headless commerce initiatives - Deep understanding of retail, D2C, and marketplace business models **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and own product vision, roadmap, and capability evolution aligned to commercial KPIs. 2. Conduct product discovery workshops and align stakeholders across business, marketing, IT, UX, and engineering. 3. Build business cases for ecommerce transformation initiatives. 4. Evaluate and recommend commerce platforms, architecture patterns (API‑first, microservices, composable), and integration landscapes (OMS, PIM, CMS, CRM, payment gateways). 5. Create and maintain a product‑centric delivery model, prioritization framework, OKRs, and backlog governance. 6. Lead journey mapping, experience rationalization, and personalization/experimentation roadmaps. 7. Improve search, merchandising, promotions, and omnichannel strategy. 8. Facilitate executive forums, translate business needs into structured product definitions, and communicate technical trade‑offs in business language. 9. Drive cross‑functional collaboration and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. **Required Skills** - Structured, analytical product thinking with commercial orientation - Executive communication and facilitation of workshops - Cross‑functional leadership across UX, engineering, data, and business teams - Technical fluency in commerce platforms, API‑first and composable architectures, and integration ecosystems - Knowledge of data‑driven experimentation, personalization, and performance optimization **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified eCommerce Professional, Certified Product Manager) are a plus.
