Job title: Director of Projects & People Experience Role Summary Lead and execute strategic people initiatives across a multi‑site organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives while cultivating an inclusive, high‑performance culture. Oversee project delivery, change management, wellbeing, reward, and employee experience programs, acting as deputy to the Chief People Officer and representing people functions in executive decisions. Key Responsibilities * Deputize for the Chief People Officer, maintaining continuity in decision making and leading people functions across the group. * Define and drive the strategic project roadmap for people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities. * Own project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects. * Design, launch, and embed culture, engagement, and wellbeing programs, using feedback loops and data to refine impact. * Develop and implement a forward‑looking reward strategy that balances fairness, transparency, and business objectives. * Lead end‑to‑end employee experience, ensuring onboarding, performance management, career development, and exit processes reflect organizational values. * Partner with the communications manager to align internal people communications, delivering clear, engaging messages. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and inclusion across all sites. Required Skills * Executive stakeholder management and influencing. * Strategic planning, change management, and project delivery (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall). * HR transformation, culture change, and employee engagement expertise. * Well‑being program design and evaluation. * Reward and compensation strategy development. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision making. * Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. * Ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing teams. * Navigates complex, multi‑site organizational structures. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. * Minimum of 8–10 years progressive people leadership experience, including demonstrated project management at director level. * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred. * HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SP, CIPD Senior HR) ideal but not mandatory.
