Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development Representative – EMEA Role Summary: Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for the EMEA region, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to identify, engage, and qualify high‑potential prospects for AlgoSec’s cybersecurity solutions. Expectations: - Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly quota targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - Deliver clear, persuasive communication across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn). - Adapt to coaching and fast‑paced sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize with Regional Sales Managers to target key prospects using tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. - Execute heavy outbound activity: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach. - Schedule introductory calls and demos for Regional Sales Managers. - Handle and overcome objections, maintaining high conversion rates. - Grow, manage, and sustain top‑of‑the‑funnel pipeline. - Attend trade shows, client meetings, and company events as required. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of SDR/BDR experience in software sales with proven quota attainment. - Experience engaging customers and stakeholders across EMEA. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts. - Self‑starter mindset, collaborative team player, thrives in fast‑paced environments. - Ability to accept direction, coaching, and mentorship. - Willingness to travel for events. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications, though knowledge of cybersecurity or SaaS experience is advantageous.
