**Job Title:**
Data Analyst – Web Analytics
**Role Summary:**
Leverage digital data to drive insights and optimise online performance for clients. Execute tracking audits, implement tagging strategies, manage analytics tools, build interactive dashboards, conduct experiments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Act as a liaison between data teams, business stakeholders, and client users.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Audit and design tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, TagCommander, etc.
- Define and implement tagging plans aligned with business objectives.
- Configure audience measurement tools (GA4, Piwik Pro, Matomo, Piano).
- Monitor web and mobile performance metrics.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and configure CMPs (Axeptio, Didomi, Cookiebot).
- Translate business needs into data requirements and dashboards.
- Collaborate with data teams to collect, transform, and integrate data from BigQuery and other warehouses.
- Build custom analytic solutions and interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analyse conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and work with CRO teams to optimised conversions.
- Train end users, document solutions, and lead workshops or webinars.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SQL and/or Python for data manipulation.
- Experience with BigQuery; knowledge of other data warehouses a plus.
- Proficiency in ETL tools (dbt, Dataiku, etc.).
- Strong data visualization skills in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with GTM tracking and server‑side/ client‑side tagging.
- Understanding of GDPR, cookie consent mechanisms, and tracking regulations.
- Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum 5‑year degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, data, digital marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with specialized web‑analytics exposure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Looker, Tableau) are preferred.
