**Job Title:**
Infrastructure Engineer (IT/OT) – Offshore Wind
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for the design, deployment, monitoring, and security of the integrated IT and OT infrastructure supporting offshore wind farm operations, including servers, network devices, SCADA, telecommunications, and industrial control equipment. Ensures high availability, performance, and cyber‑resilience of critical systems across offshore and onshore assets.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain 24/7 operational readiness of IT/OT platforms.
- Implement and enforce OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2).
- Collaborate with turbine vendors, transmission operators, and internal teams.
- Participate in commissioning, offshore maintenance trips, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to Asset Integrity and Performance Management groups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and monitor servers (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware), backup, and networking equipment (Cisco routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls).
2. Support and troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, RTU, and IED devices (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, GE).
3. Administer industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61850).
4. Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments, patching, and incident response per industry standards.
5. Lead technical integration during commissioning and offshore site visits.
6. Document configurations, procedures, and incident reports; ensure knowledge transfer.
**Required Skills:**
- Industrial networking (Cisco routing, VLANs, redundancy).
- Windows Server, Linux administration, VMware virtualization.
- SCADA and OT system expertise.
- Knowledge of Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61850 protocols.
- OT cybersecurity fundamentals and standards compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2‑3+ years experience maintaining IT/OT systems, preferably in energy, industrial, or offshore environments.
- Preferred (not mandatory): Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, IEC 62443 certification, GWO offshore safety certification.
