Synapri are working with a leading Public Sector Department to bring in a Cyber Security Advisor focusing on Secure by Design. This will be a consultant role, not a fully hands-on technical role. This will deliver an advisory service to the project delivery function.

The key responsibilities will be to:

initiate the Secure-by-Design adoption of new projects
capture business objectives and needs
Ensure security is captured in the business case
Updating the Secure-by-design Self Assessment tracker
Trace Secure-by-Design confidence and adherence to the principles throughout the project
Ensure specific security roles and responsibilities are assigned.
Ensure components are decommissioned securely

This will be an SC Cleared position, requiring the successful candidate to have worked on an SC Cleared role in the last 12 months.
