Manage L2/L3/L4 support teams across India, US, UK; resolve production incidents and defects. 5. Maintain near 24x7 production/non‑production availability, exceeding SLAs. 6. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to uncover defect trends and improvement opportunities. 7. Define, socialize, and execute corrective/preventive action plans. 8. Configure workflows, data models, business rules, entities, PCF, validations, widgets, and integrations. 11. Implement GUnit automation for business rule validation and automated regression testing. 12. Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Guidewire Integration Gateway. 13. Manage batch processes, Messaging Framework, OOTB plugins, and deployment architectures (WMB, WAS, Apache). 14. Apply SDLC with CI/CD controls; conduct defect triage, estimation, and stakeholder communication. 15.
