Role: Senior Python Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in the banking and financial services domain, particularly within Financial Crime, KYC, AML, Payments, Transfers, and Card systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills to drive data-led solutions and support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis activities across banking and financial crime initiatives (KYC, AML, Payments, Cards, Transfers).
Perform detailed data analysis and gap analysis to identify business and system improvements.
Capture, document, and validate:
Business requirements
Stakeholder requirements
Solution requirements
Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to conduct needs assessments and support solution design.
Work across the full SDLC lifecycle, including Scrum ceremonies and deployment processes.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support delivery teams through implementation and testing phases.
Ensure high-quality documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Domain Expertise

Strong experience in the banking domain, particularly:
Financial Crime
KYC (Know Your Customer)
AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
CRM systems
Payments, Transfers, and Card platforms

Strong SQL skills

Jira and Confluence
