Job Title: Performance Marketer
**Role Summary**
Execute and optimise digital acquisition campaigns to drive user acquisition, revenue, and retention across multiple brands in regulated iGaming markets. Responsible for end‑to‑end campaign management, A/B testing, data‑driven optimisation, and budget oversight with a focus on CPA, ROI, and LTV.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth and cost efficiency for high‑volume brands.
- Maintain compliance with local advertising regulations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, content, and CRM teams.
- Operate autonomously in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Design and run A/B tests, funnel experiments, and optimisation loops.
- Analyse performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, retention) and adjust tactics quickly.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing assets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for advertising.
- Manage allocated budgets, track spend, and report ROI to stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5+ years in performance marketing, preferably within iGaming or similar regulated sectors.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, programmatic tools, and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail‑orientated, and highly proactive.
- Proven ability to build, test, and iterate campaigns to improve performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Spanish is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (preferred).
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certified, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
