Starcasino Group is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to support acquisition and growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain.
We’re not a big corporation.

What You’ll Do
Run and optimise acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, programmatic, affiliates)
Manage performance for all Starcasino Group brands:
Build and execute A/B tests, funnels, and continuous optimisation loops
Analyse CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and adjust fast
Work closely with creative, content, and CRM teams to develop strong-performing assets
Track competitors and market trends in BE/NL/ES
Ensure full compliance with local regulations
Manage budgets and take responsibility for results
Who You Are
3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Experience in iGaming is a strong plus, but not mandatory
Deep experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Google Analytics
Programmatic tools
Affiliate channels
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
A doer: you like to build, test, optimise, and improve
Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial, flat team
You enjoy freedom but also take ownership and accountability
Strong communication skills in English (NL/FR/ES is a bonus)
