Job title: Salesforce Developer / Administrator
Role Summary: Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, while ensuring integration, security, and data management best practices.
Expectations: 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration; strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce Flows; experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and CI/CD pipelines; proven Agile/Scrum contributor with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Perform data modeling, migration, and query optimization using SOQL/SOSL.
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Git).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Required Skills:
- Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce Flows.
- Salesforce APIs, data modeling, record‑level security.
- Git and version control.
- Visualforce, validation rules, Copado or equivalent CI/CD tools.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
