**Job Title:**
Salesforce Developer / Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and administer Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Build custom code (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura), automate business processes (Flows), and integrate external systems while ensuring data integrity, security, and best practices.
**Expectations:**
- 5–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, HTML/CSS/JS, Flow, data modeling, APIs, secure coding, and dev tooling (Dev Console, Data Loader, CLI).
- Proficiency in Git, source control workflows, and CI/CD (Copado or similar).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, familiarity with SAFe a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning components.
- Design, build, and test Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Visualforce pages.
- Create and optimize Flows (screen, record‑triggered, auto‑launched).
- Model data structures, implement sharing rules, and enforce data quality.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Manage source code via Git (branching, PR reviews, merge conflict resolution).
- Operate CI/CD pipelines, run automated tests, and track deployment metrics.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Document architecture, code, and best‑practice guidelines.
