Job Title: Workday Security Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Depending on Client Needs)

Type: Contract / Full-time with HYR ( Only W2 – Open for Any visa)

Overview

Seeking an experienced Workday Security Consultant to design, implement, and manage security configurations across Workday HCM and Financial modules, ensuring secure access, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) across Workday HCM and Financial modules.
Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and periodic access reviews.
Conduct security audits and resolve segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
Integrate Workday security with IAM solutions such as Okta or Azure AD.
Support security design during Workday implementations and upgrades.
Troubleshoot security access issues and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration.
Expertise in Workday security frameworks (domains, roles, business process security policies).
Experience managing RBAC models and user access governance.
Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance frameworks (SOX).
Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred

Experience with Workday implementations or security redesign projects.
Integration experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
Experience with Workday reporting for security audits and access reviews.
Exposure to Workday modules such as Core HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
