Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Support a Business Enablement team by transforming data into actionable insights, maintaining Excel‑based reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate data quality, and tracking workflow requests in ServiceNow. Expactations: Deliver timely, precise reporting in a fast‑paced environment; communicate insights effectively to stakeholders; collaborate cross‑functionally to support enablement initiatives; maintain high data integrity and workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Create, update, and maintain Excel reports and basic dashboards. - Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks. - Manage request intake and workflow tracking in ServiceNow. - Communicate insights through written updates and presentations. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to support enablement initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for stakeholder interactions. - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, reporting, dashboards). - Experience in fast‑paced, operational or enablement roles. - Familiarity with ServiceNow and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI‑ACP, or PMP is a plus.
