Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a Business Enablement team where clear communication, accurate reporting, and timely execution are essential. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position.

Business Analyst's Responsibilities And Duties

Create and maintain Excel-based reports and basic dashboards
Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks
Support request intake and workflow tracking, including ServiceNow
Communicate insights through written updates and presentations
Partner with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives

Business Analyst's Qualifications And Skills

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in stakeholder-facing environments
Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, reporting, and basic dashboards
Experience working in fast-paced, operational or enablement-focused roles
Familiarity with ServiceNow and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred
