**Job title**
QA/Test Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end quality assurance strategy for large‑scale ERP and digital transformation projects. Own test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting across functional, technical, integration, performance, and UAT phases. Manage cross‑functional test teams, coordinate multiple vendors, and ensure alignment with program milestones and governance standards.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years of QA leadership in complex ERP environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑level test strategies.
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
- Experience managing resource capacity, test schedules, and UAT plans.
- Demonstrated coaching of quality teams and continuous process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and own comprehensive test strategy, including scope, methodology, phases, entry/exit criteria, and governance.
- Build and maintain a master testing plan and schedules for all workstreams per release.
- Oversee SIT, automation, end‑to‑end, UAT, regression, and performance testing, ensuring timely defect resolution.
- Implement defect triage, prioritization, and resolution processes; report defect trends and root causes.
- Coordinate with technical and data teams to secure ready, validated test environments and data sets.
- Plan testing capacity; manage test leads, resources, and UAT coordination with business users.
- Lead collaboration with system integrators, third‑party vendors, and internal teams to synchronize testing activities.
- Facilitate business readiness, test case selection, and UAT execution support.
- Manage test‑related RAID items and provide mitigation plans.
- Deliver progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs to program leadership and steering committees.
- Drive continuous improvement in test automation, defect prevention, and process maturity.
**Required Skills**
- Enterprise‑level ERP testing (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Test management tools: Jira, Tricentis Tosca, LoadRunner (or equivalents).
- Strong Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and metrics.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and performance testing.
- Defect management and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent).
- PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.
- Experience coaching QA teams and leading large cross‑functional test groups.
