Business Analyst I (Onsite)

Primary Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst I for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Education And Experience »

2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of messaging technologies and personalized communication triggers.
Jira proficiency is a needed.
Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (big plus) and messaging tools (Adobe suite or similar) but not a deal breaker.
Understanding of data structures and frameworks (messaging is data-driven).
Ideal backgrounds:
Product Marketing professionals with experience collaborating with engineering teams.
Product-focused candidates with messaging experience.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between engineering and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Elicit requirements and maintain strong communication across all phases.
Drive requirements for building capabilities on a mature messaging platform with room for growth.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.

Split time:

50% with development teams (Agile environment).
50% with stakeholders benefiting from the solution.
