**Job title**
Coordinator, Cloud Engineering
**Role Summary**
Support and enhance the company’s SaaS cloud infrastructure by managing AWS and Kubernetes environments, automating deployments with GitOps, and ensuring high availability and performance for customer‑facing services.
**Expactations**
- 1–3+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, SysAdmin, or Technical Support roles.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, IaC, and Git workflows.
- Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and automate cloud applications, servers, and infrastructure.
- Perform routine AWS and Kubernetes administration, patching, backup (Veeam, Velero, Kasten).
- Deploy and manage services using GitOps (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
- Execute runbooks, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain clear operational documentation.
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus) and handle alert triage.
- Troubleshoot L1/L2 incidents across cloud, systems, network, and applications; participate in on‑call rotations.
- Maintain infrastructure security, compliance, and cost‑optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to promote best practices and support SaaS deployments.
**Required Skills**
- **Cloud & Platform**: AWS, Linux, basic networking, containers, Kubernetes, cloud‑native services.
- **Automation & IaC**: Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, YAML, Helm, CloudFormation.
- **CI/CD & Git**: GitLab CI, Git workflows, ArgoCD.
- **Monitoring**: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, SLO/SLI knowledge.
- **Soft skills**: Analytical troubleshooting, detail orientation, effective communication, cross‑team collaboration, Agile mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are strongly preferred.
