**Job title** Marketing Associate – Growth, Activation & AI Personalization **Role Summary** Execute and optimize end‑to‑end growth and lifecycle marketing for an AI‑driven fintech product. Own activation, onboarding, retention, paid acquisition, and AI‑personalized messaging to drive revenue and improve funnel performance. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable impact on acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. - Rapidly design, launch, and iterate on experiments across channels. - Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI segmentation and predictive messaging. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze signup‑to‑funded conversion funnel; identify friction points and implement solutions. - Design, launch, and QA campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in‑app messaging. - Write persuasive copy, build audience segments, and manage campaign workflows. - Support paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.): refine targeting, messaging, and bidding to improve CAC and conversion rates. - Conduct A/B tests on incentives, messaging, timing, and channel mix; report insights and recommend actions. - Use behavioral data and AI‑driven segmentation to tailor messaging and timing. - Track and report performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, engagement) via dashboards (GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or similar). **Required Skills** - 1–4 years experience in growth, performance marketing, analytics, or startup marketing. - Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. - Experience with funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and cohort analysis. - Hands‑on experience with email/SMS/push campaign tools; ability to write copy and build segments. - Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and basic optimization tactics. - Comfortable designing experiments, running A/B tests, and interpreting results. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for segmentation and personalized messaging a plus. - Self‑starter with a “builder first” mindset, able to execute without heavy oversight. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar marketing platforms are a plus.
