Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect
Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize secure, highly available hybrid cloud and on‑premise infrastructures for a financial institution, driving automation, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Expectations: Deliver enterprise‑grade, scalable solutions; lead migrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and continuous improvement initiatives; collaborate with cross‑functional teams on architecture, security, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Architect secure, high‑availability infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives: requirements gathering, PoC testing, documentation, and solution delivery.
• Develop and execute cloud migration strategies; optimize resource utilization and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and operations to enforce best practices, improve CI/CD pipelines, and automate provisioning via IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Design and maintain VMware, firewall, storage, load‑balancing, and networking components within regulated environments.
• Communicate solutions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders; ensure compliance with banking, insurance, or healthcare regulations.
Required Skills: • 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience (VMware, firewalls, storage, load balancing).
• Strong Microsoft environment architecture background in regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare).
• Proven experience with hybrid cloud design, migration, and optimization.
• Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and CI/CD pipeline enhancement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Design Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
