About the Company

"Built by Veterans. Backed by Outcomes."

At Elevait, we solve problems with precision. When others stall, we step in--because speed, grit, and follow-through win. We're Veteran-owned and values-led, but above all, we are outcome-obsessed. 87% of our hires are veterans or talent from underrepresented communities. Why? Because they're resilient, relentless, and wired to overdeliver.

We work with clients who don't have time to babysit vendors. They come to us when the project is on fire, when the budget's tight, and when failure isn't an option. And we show up with answers, not excuses. Show me another firm that can boast a 42% interview-to-hire ratio. We scale teams fast, and our people stick--not just because they're qualified, but because we vet them like they're joining our own team.

We don't just place people. We help build cultures.

Our model is built on trust, speed, and reputation. While a traditional staffing company, we consider it a failure If our resources don't execute on their deliverables.

We build long-term wins--because success isn't just who you hire, it's how they show up and why they stay.
