**Job Title:** Product Owner (Consultant / Business Analyst)
**Role Summary:**
Lead product vision, strategy, and backlog for Corporate Security initiatives within a major financial institution. Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving Agile delivery, quality assurance, and data‑driven improvement across the product lifecycle.
**Expectations:**
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and testable requirements.
- Ensure sprint planning, execution, and delivery align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain high‑quality QA documentation, conduct UAT/manual testing, and drive timely defect resolution.
- Provide data‑based insights, risk mitigation recommendations, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and manage product backlog, roadmap, and release plans for Corporate Security/CSO projects.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and process flows.
- Create and maintain QA artefacts: test scripts, results, regression test sets, and defect logs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing, document outcomes, and coordinate defect fixes.
- Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and support risk mitigation.
- Present test results, defect summaries, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Utilize Jira, MS Project, and other Agile tools to track progress and manage deliverables.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business leaders, developers, QA analysts, and project managers.
**Required Skills:**
- **Quality Assurance:** Experience drafting and maintaining test scripts, results, and process documentation; defining regression test suites; logging and tracking defects.
- **Business Analysis:** Strong ability to produce detailed requirement documents and process models; advanced data analysis for trend identification; effective stakeholder presentation skills.
- **Project Management:** ≥3 years managing projects in Agile environments; proficient with Jira and MS Project; solid understanding of product development lifecycle.
- **Agile Methodologies:** Practical knowledge of Scrum/Kanban practices and iterative delivery.
**Nice‑to‑Have Skills:**
- Prior experience in banking or financial services.
- Expertise in business process modelling.
- Exposure to corporate security, risk, or governance domains.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
