Senior Financial Analyst (Contract | 6 Months | Hybrid)

Location: North York, ON

Industry: Manufacturing / Consumer Products / Distribution

Contract Length: 6 months (strong possibility of extension)

We are working with a well-established organization in the manufacturing and distribution space to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role in North york and ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong reporting, ERP, and project experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
Support ERP-related initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live clean-up
Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects
Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reviews
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
Assist with system data clean-up and reporting enhancements
Develop and maintain complex Excel-based reports and models (including macros)

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst
CPA designation required or actively in progress
Proven experience working on ERP implementations or finance transformation projects
Strong background in financial reporting and month-end close support
Advanced Excel skills, including macros
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products is highly preferred
