Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Representative – Ecosystem Specialist **Role Summary:** Drive pipeline and revenue growth by activating partner ecosystems for strategic “Gravity Node” accounts and high‑potential prospects. Serve as the primary liaison between sales, partnerships, and customer success to generate qualified opportunities through ecosystem signals and partner onboarding. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets. - Successfully onboard and activate new users and partners. - Deliver actionable partner insights that enable Account Executives to close deals faster. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ecosystem trends and GTM strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a portfolio of strategic “Gravity Node” accounts; identify and activate their top partners on the Crossbeam platform. - Act as the main point of contact for partner onboarding, qualification, and opportunity surfacing. - Prospect cold leads and free‑user accounts using ecosystem overlap, partner data, and product usage to secure high‑quality first meetings. - Guide new users through implementation, ensuring they achieve initial value before handoff to sales. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to integrate ecosystem‑led growth throughout the sales cycle. - Share partner insights, influence pipeline forecasts, and support strategic GTM initiatives. - Monitor industry and ecosystem developments; contribute learnings to internal best‑practice guides. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years experience in enterprise BDR, BDR lead, partner manager, or partner sales roles. - Proven ability to generate pipeline from warm signals and achieve quota. - Strong consultative communication; comfortable engaging executives and end users. - Excellent questioning, curiosity, and proactive problem‑solving. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools. - Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and strategic accounts. - Bonus: prior partnerships experience, knowledge of Crossbeam or AI‑driven data platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required; sales or partnership‑related certifications are a plus.
