Job Description: **Job Title** Data Operations Engineer Intern (M/F/X) **Role Summary** Support the Revenue Operations team by executing strategic projects, managing day‑to‑day operations, and enhancing data-driven processes across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. **Expectations** - Work in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, joining at the end of February or early March 2026. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and timelines. - Deliver measurable improvements in data quality, workflow efficiency, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and monitor strategic projects and daily operations. - Improve lead‑scoring models using product, marketing, and ecosystem data. - Analyze pipeline conversion rates to uncover growth levers. - Track and optimize sales opportunity management. - Identify operational bottlenecks and propose efficiency initiatives. - Build sales and customer data visualizations for executive and team use. - Deploy AI agents and workflow automation to scale productivity. - Facilitate clear communication between operations, sales, success, product, and other stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Experience working with data (SQL, ETL, analytics). - Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, Census, Stitch, Mode, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of AI agent integration and workflow automation (Zapier, Chili Piper). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self‑starter attitude with a results‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Final‑year university student or in the second half of a gap year internship. - Relevant pursuit in data analytics, computer science, business, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or projects in data engineering, analytics, or SaaS operations preferred.
