Job Title: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Advisor Role Summary: Provide confidential, client‑centered telephone, video, and app‑based counseling to employees worldwide. Conduct psycho‑social risk assessments, deliver brief interventions (solution‑focused, CBT, mindfulness, integrative approaches), manage crisis calls, and coordinate referrals to internal or external resources. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based support within a brief‑therapy framework. - Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and cultural sensitivity. - Enforce proactive risk assessment and crisis management protocols. - Communicate effectively in French with conversational English competence. - Uphold professional standards while engaging diverse clients across time zones.
