**Job Title**: Technical Lead
**Role Summary**:
Lead ServiceNow solution design and architecture, driving workshops, technical governance, and integration strategy to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable platforms aligned with business objectives.
**Expectations**:
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.
- Mentor and elevate technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
- Engage with stakeholders for requirements, proposals, and performance tuning.
- Keep abreast of ServiceNow innovations and recommend adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct discovery workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to define future-state vision.
- Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions and technical architectures, focusing on scalability, performance, security, integrations, data model, and UX.
- Translate business goals into architecture blueprints and solution intent.
- Enforce coding standards, design patterns, security, data governance, and configuration‑over‑customization principles.
- Manage and oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers) ensuring reliability, security, and monitoring.
- Establish architecture governance: review designs, perform code reviews, track technical debt, and monitor instance health.
- Mentor junior architects, developers, and administrators.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and platform owners on instance strategy, environment strategy, and upgrade/migration plans.
- Support presales by scoping, estimating, and designing reference architectures.
- Participate in operational activities: performance tuning, capacity planning, availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features (AI/ML, data fabric, Now Assist) and recommend adoption.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years IT experience, with several years hands‑on ServiceNow configuration and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, custom integrations).
- Proficiency in data modeling, CMDB, metadata, data governance, and security.
- Experience defining technical governance, architecture operating models, and instance strategy.
- Familiarity with IT best practices and frameworks (ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical designs to diverse stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS for specific modules, or higher‑level architecture credentials (Certified Master Architect / Certified Technical Architect) strongly preferred.
