**Job Title:** Business Analyst and Executive Assistant
**Role Summary:**
Combine business analysis, project coordination, and executive support within an AI and data-driven finance team. Translate business needs into structured requirements, manage project documentation and progress, and provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear, actionable requirements for AI and data initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and risk logs.
- Provide timely, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Manage executive calendars, travel, vendor relations, and onboarding logistics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Capture, document, and structure business requirements for AI/data projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, creating a knowledge repository.
- Track project milestones, identify risks/issues, and communicate updates to leadership.
- Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
- Support executive functions: calendar management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring logistics.
- Organize team workshops, events, and learning initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing annual meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Executive Assistant in a technical or data‑driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent documentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs of leadership and team.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-ACP) are preferred but not mandatory.
