Location: Burlington, ON (Remote option available)

Contract: January 19th - 30th.

Compensation: $23.00/hour

Job Statement

Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Feedback Survey Representative will engage with customers to gather essential feedback regarding their experiences. This role requires a motivated individual to ensure all interactions are handled professionally while assessing the likelihood of customers recommending the company’s services.

Essential Functions

Reach out to customers via phone and email using a provided contact list.
Conduct surveys over the phone and email to gather feedback.
Accurately document survey responses in Excel spreadsheets.
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage customer interactions across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

Strong and professional communication skills.
Experience with cold calling or outreach to new contacts is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking.
Confidence in working in an open-concept environment.
Comfortable handling customer interactions over phone and email.
