**Job Title**
Partner Marketing Data Scientist
**Role Summary**
Data scientist embedded in Partner Marketing, responsible for data infrastructure, pipeline metrics, dashboards, and insights across ~1,000 partners. Drives partner‑sourced revenue growth through rigorous analysis, data modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, and senior leadership.
**Expectations**
- Deliver actionable partner‑marketing insights within 15‑month contract.
- Establish and maintain a unified data model and KPI set integrated with core Marketing analytics stack.
- Own Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, quarterly reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis to guide partner prioritization and resource allocation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyze partner marketing performance, including pipeline, lead generation, customer growth, and partner engagement.
2. Own Partner Marketing data model & KPIs: marketing‑influenced pipeline, unique domains, DF ROI, segmentation, and integration with core stack.
3. Define & manage conversion and ROI metrics: lead‑to‑opportunity rates, DF ROI, average deal size, ACV, and cloud choice rate.
4. Build & maintain dashboards (Tableau, Salesforce) covering OKRs, influenced pipeline, filters (managed vs unmanaged, DF vs non‑DF, region, solution, fiscal period) and publish quarterly summaries.
5. Align partner metrics with core Marketing definitions, collaborating with Marketing Analytics & Ops to embed partner data into broader scorecards.
6. Provide strategic insights: partner prioritization, scaling tactics, DF/MDF allocation, enablement insights, KPI definition, and outcome measurement.
7. Ensure data quality by working with vendors, data engineers, and stakeholders; maintain high data standards.
8. Conduct statistical, ML, simulation, and advanced math analyses; generate/test hypotheses, interpret experiment results, and convert prototypes into production.
9. Offer BI and visualization support across dashboards and perform ad‑hoc analysis.
**Required Skills**
*Technical* – SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Salesforce, data mining tools, Jira, Confluence.
*Soft* – Executive communication, strong presentation, highly organized, cross‑functional collaboration.
**Mandatory Experience**
5–7 years in data science or advanced analytics, preferably within B2B tech and marketing analytics.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. No specific certifications required.
