Salesforce Product Specialist
**Role Summary**
The Salesforce Product Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a Salesforce org to support user adoption and business objectives in a remote setting. The role focuses on configuration, administration, data integrity, reporting, and integration monitoring while communicating changes and enabling continuous improvement across the organization.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive user adoption.
- Meet deadlines, show reliability, and collaborate across teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage changes to Salesforce, preserving user continuity.
- Configure and modify the org for optimal usability and business value.
- Provide day‑to‑day administration and support (user setup, permission sets, groups, object/field/record type/page layout, validation rules).
- Manage CRUD permissions and monitor user & system licenses.
- Communicate new features, enhancements, and changes to enable adoption.
- Monitor usage, mentor users, and identify groups needing assistance.
- Document processes, workflows, and field maps.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and report folders.
- Import data, monitor data quality, and continuously improve data hygiene.
- Monitor and manage exception logs for Salesforce integrations.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce Administrator certification (current).
- ≥7 years of experience administering Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and detail orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence.
- Self‑starter ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
**Preferred Skills & Certifications**
- In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Shield, and other platform features.
- Experience with Drawloop, Copado, ezProtect, OwnBackup, Metazoa Snapshot.
- Advanced reporting, dashboard, and data hygiene best practices.
