Responsible for end‑to‑end architecture, design, implementation, and validation of the migration. Expectations: - Deliver a comprehensive migration blueprint and execute it within the contract window. - Modernize stateful storage using Oracle/SQL back‑ends on Kubernetes, ensuring performance, security, and minimal downtime. - Provide clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and final hand‑off to operation teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design architecture for containerizing BMC Remedy and OpenText on NKP. - Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and disaster‑recovery processes. - Map application functional dependencies, data flows, and compute/storage requirements. - Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and security hardening. - Mentor and coach team members on Kubernetes best practices. - Produce status reports and risk mitigation plans for stakeholders. **Job Title**: Network Field Technician – Retail Domain **Role Summary** Lead on‑site network installation and support for retail clients across the United States, coordinating partner resources and subcontractors, managing site surveys, cabling, equipment placement, OS upgrades, and quality assurance.
