**Job Title:** SASE Solutions Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Security Service Edge (SSE) architectures, integrating networking and security controls across cloud, WAN, and campus environments. Align solutions with business objectives, lead proof‑of‑concepts, and act as the technical authority for internal and external stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑level and detailed designs for large‑scale SASE deployments.
- Lead PoC planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Translate business requirements into actionable architectural solutions and roadmaps.
- Manage vendor selection, RFP processes, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to best practices and compliance policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain high‑level and low‑level SASE designs (SD‑WAN, SWG, ZTNA, FWaaS, CASB, DLP, RBI).
- Conduct PoC initiatives, including lab setup, test planning, execution, and results analysis.
- Develop functional and non‑functional requirements for RFPs; evaluate and recommend vendors.
- Collaborate with product managers, IT, operations, and business teams to align solutions with technical and business goals.
- Produce comprehensive architecture documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud networking best practices.
- Communicate architecture strategy and decisions clearly to senior management and technical teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in SASE/SSE productization (SD‑WAN, SWG, ZTNA, FWaaS, CASB, DLP, RBI).
- Strong networking background: VPN, IPsec, GRE, segmentation, multi‑cloud networking.
- Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks and Netskope platforms; familiarity with other major SASE vendors.
- Knowledge of public, private, and hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to develop business cases and architectural roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven track record delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 + years of solution architecture experience in cloud/multi‑cloud networking and security.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, Netskope NSE, TOGAF, CCNP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications) are preferred but not mandatory.
