**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Senior ServiceNow Developer on the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies team, responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering complex ServiceNow GRC solutions, integrating third‑party and internal data sources, and supporting production environments within an Agile framework.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow configurations and customizations on schedule.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and documented solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in sprint planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure compliance with software standards during deployments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (forms, fields, lists, dashboards, reports, catalogs, portals).
- Configure UI components, workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Notifications, and ACLs.
- Create and manage Update Sets; perform data imports into GRC tables.
- Build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs for third‑party, in‑house, and RCM data sources.
- Conduct functional testing of GRC workflows and document technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile sprints, scrum ceremonies, and design review board meetings.
- Provide production support and end‑user assistance; aid deployment planning and compliance verification.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years ServiceNow application development experience; 4+ years with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS.
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
- Proficient in GlideRecord queries, scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Update Sets.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST API integrations.
- Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) modules and data import processes.
- Agile methodology experience (4+ years) and ability to work in enterprise‑scale environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (required).
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (GRC) certification.
