Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Generalist **Role Summary:** Support daily HR operations, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment legislation across Europe. Act as primary liaison between line managers, employees, and HR leadership, delivering quality service and maintaining accurate HR systems. **Expectations:** - Deliver prompt, accurate HR assistance within tight timelines. - Maintain high data integrity and confidentiality. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations). - Adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic environment while exhibiting professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** - Advise line managers and staff on routine HR matters. - Coordinate European recruitment from role sign‑off to offer, focusing on cost efficiency. - Manage full new‑starter cycle: onboarding, orientation, probation monitoring. - Administer exit process, including resignation acknowledgement and exit interviews. - Oversee benefits administration and payroll support. - Maintain People HR database (accurate employee records, absence entitlements, reporting). - Support disciplinary, grievance, and policy review initiatives. - Process contractual changes (term variations, flexible working). - Execute monthly HR tasks (newsletter, org‑chart updates, finance payroll notifications). - Coordinate in‑house training projects (line‑manager workshops). - Perform general HR administration and file maintenance. - Lead ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by Head of HR. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in a generalist HR role. - Strong knowledge of EU employment law and best HR practices. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Korean or other European language a plus. - High attention to detail, organisational, and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. - Professional demeanor, team player, problem‑solving oriented. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (desired). - HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM‑CP) preferred but not mandatory. - Valid driving licence.
