**Job Title:**
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer – Delinea Secret Server
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP). Drive integration of databases, ServiceNow, network devices, and other applications with the PAM vault. Ensure secure credential lifecycle management, firewall compliance, and high availability through proactive monitoring, patching, and on‑call support.
**Expactations:**
- Operate within a 12‑month contractual period with potential extension.
- Provide 24/7 on‑call coverage for PAM incidents.
- Collaborate closely with network, security, and application teams to meet compliance and integration objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, Platform components, and JEP.
- Integrate diverse IT systems (databases, ServiceNow, network devices) with the PAM vault, customizing out‑of‑the‑box integrations as needed.
- Manage privileged credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle across integrated platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
- Submit and manage firewall requests to secure PAM connectivity and functionality.
- Monitor PAM health, apply patches/upgrades, and optimize performance.
- Document configurations, integrations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Provide on‑call support to maintain PAM system availability and respond to outages.
**Required Skills:**
- Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and JEP expert.
- Experience integrating databases, ServiceNow, and network devices with PAM vaults.
- Strong knowledge of privileged credential lifecycle management and security best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Familiarity with firewall request processes and infrastructure collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Certifications or coursework in IAM, Identity & Access Management, or PAM.
