Position Overview

This role is ideal for professionals with Administrative Assistant experience within healthcare or insurance environments who possess strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel expertise. The selected candidate will play a critical role in reporting accuracy, project coordination, and executive-level presentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Support project execution by coordinating activities across business and operational teams
Schedule and manage project meetings, preparation calls, and stakeholder communications
Develop and maintain structured reporting aligned with organizational guidelines
Analyze, validate, and organize operational data to ensure reporting accuracy
Build presentation frameworks and prepare PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews
Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables
Assist in creating reporting dashboards and data summaries using Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and present project data

Day-to-Day Activities

Scheduling project and stakeholder meetings
Managing reporting deliverables and data validation
Creating Excel-based reports and analysis
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries
Supporting both Project Management and Business Systems Analysis functions

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience
Prior experience within Healthcare or Health Insurance organizations
Background as an Administrative Assistant or Project Support professional
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Data Sorting & Filtering
Data Analysis & Reporting
Strong organizational and program coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting program or project management initiatives
Administrative professionals with strong data analysis exposure
Experience preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
