Job Title: AI Agents Engineer
Role Summary: Design, build, and deploy production‑grade, stateful LLM‑powered AI agents using LangGraph for insurance workflows. Engineer RAG pipelines, integrate agents into client systems, and maintain vector databases for optimal performance and reliability.
Expectations: Deliver robust, scalable AI solutions on a freelance basis, collaborating closely with product and business teams, and independently manage end‑to‑end development in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement AI agents with LangGraph, including branching logic and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for complex insurance documents (policies, endorsements, contracts).
- Integrate AI agents into client infrastructure via APIs, databases, CRMs, and internal tools.
- Manage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), designing embeddings, chunking, and metadata.
- Refine agent reasoning through advanced prompt engineering, memory patterns, and tool orchestration.
- Ensure robustness, observability, and scalability of LLM‑based systems in production.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate insurance processes into AI workflows.
Required Skills:
- Depth in LangGraph and stateful AI agent development.
- Proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
- Hands‑on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Mistral, Llama) and prompt engineering.
- Expertise in RAG, vector stores, and retrieval‑augmented pipelines.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar for structured/unstructured data.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, async processing, and background job tools (Celery, Redis).
- Strong debugging, accuracy tuning, and hallucination mitigation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Python, Azure/AWS/GCP AI services, or relevant LLM platform technologies are a plus.
