Job Title: Penetration Tester
Job Description: **Job Title** Penetration Tester **Role Summary** Senior security professional responsible for conducting penetration testing, security design reviews, and risk assessments for NATO operations. Provides expert consultancy, prepares technical and executive reports, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with NATO security policies. **Expectations** - 3+ years of proven experience in web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing. - Active National Security Clearance at Secret level or higher. - Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and executive audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team exercises during NATO military operations. - Execute web, network, and application penetration tests; assess OS, software, protocols, and network vulnerabilities. - Conduct security design reviews and ensure alignment with NATO policies. - Provide consultancy and advice on security projects, plans, and initiatives. - Prepare and present structured technical reports and executive briefings on findings and remediation. - Collaborate proactively with NATO Security Accreditation Authorities and other stakeholders. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of system/network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, application security, and malware defense. - Scripting proficiency in Perl, Python, Ruby, or Shell (bash/ksh/csh). - System and network administration experience on UNIX and Windows platforms. - Ability to write clear, structured technical reports with executive summaries and remediation plans. - Strong risk evaluation, mitigation, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Active security clearance (Secret level or above). - Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
