Job Specifications

Job Title: Penetration Tester

Location: Mons, Belgium

Security Clearance: Active National Security Clearance (Secret level or above)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team exercises during NATO military operations
Conduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing
Perform security design reviews and ensure compliance with NATO policies
Provide consultancy and advice for projects, plans, and other entities
Prepare and present technical reports and executive briefings on security findings
Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including NATO Security Accreditation Authorities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in:
Web application and IT infrastructure penetration testing
Network security architecture design
Assessing OS, software, protocols, and network vulnerabilities
Technical knowledge in system/network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, application security, and malware defense
Scripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby, or Shell (bash/ksh/csh)
Experience in system/network administration (UNIX & Windows)
Proven ability to write structured technical reports with executive summaries, findings, and remediation plans
Strong risk evaluation and mitigation skills
