Job Description
Job Title: Junior ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Develop, configure, and support the eGRC tool on the ServiceNow platform for Army financial and risk management systems. Create and maintain workflows, repositories, dashboards, and integration points, ensuring compliance with Army requirements and high system performance. Expactations: - Deliver functional enhancements and bug fixes within agreed timelines. - Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to interpret and refine user stories. - Maintain an active DoD SECRET clearance and adhere to security protocols. - Produce clear documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy ServiceNow workflows that support RMIC processes and role-based access. - Create centralized repositories for risks, controls, and associated documentation. - Integrate the eGRC tool with Army-specific systems (e.g., GFEBS, GCSS-A) and external platforms. - Perform automated testing, validation, and troubleshooting of configuration changes. - Aid in data migration activities and ensure data integrity across systems. - Assist in the creation of dashboards, reports, and user training resources. - Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance to optimize performance. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow configuration and development experience. - Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Strong understanding of workflow design, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and database modeling. - Experience with data migration and system integration, preferably with enterprise ERP or GFEBS. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Job Title** Data Scientist III **Role Summary** Seasoned analytics professional delivering advanced data science solutions for DoD/Navy operations.
